1. General Terms

• Taxes: 18% GST is applicable for all Indian clients.

• International Clients: No Indian taxes apply; international clients are responsible for local taxes or fees, if any.

• Payment Methods: We accept NEFT, RTGS, UPI, and Debit/Credit Cards. A 5% surcharge may apply for PayPal or credit card transactions.

• Late Payments: Payments not received within the agreed time may incur late fees or suspension of services until cleared.

2. Website, Software & App Development Services

• Payment Terms:

  • 50% advance payment or milestone-based.

  • The remaining balance is due before the project goes live.

• Project Timeline:
  Clients must provide required content, materials, and feedback on time to avoid project delays.

• Delays:
  Delays caused by the client (such as pending content or approvals) may extend timelines and lead to additional charges.

• Revisions:
  Minor revisions are included until final approval. Any changes after design approval or project launch may incur additional costs.

• Refund Policy:

  • 50% refund if canceled before work begins.

  • No refund after the project has started.

• Content Responsibility:
  Clients are responsible for providing all text, images, and required details within the first 2 weeks of the project.

• Hosting & Maintenance:
  If hosting is provided by the client, Rayan Cloud Solutions is not responsible for downtime or technical issues related to third-party servers.

• Ownership Rights:
  Once full payment is received, the client owns the final design and website files. Rayan Cloud Solutions may display the completed project in its portfolio.

3. Digital Marketing & SEO Services

• Payment Terms:
  All marketing and SEO services are billed monthly in advance.

• Third-Party Costs:
  Advertising costs (Google, Meta, etc.) are paid directly by the client.

• Performance Disclaimer:
  Marketing and SEO results depend on multiple external factors like search engine algorithms, competition, and timely client responses.
  Therefore, specific ranking or result guarantees cannot be provided.

• Termination:
  A minimum of 30 days’ written notice is required to cancel ongoing digital marketing or SEO services.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public business, technical, and financial information obtained during the project.

5. Limitation of Liability

Rayan Cloud Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services, including data loss or downtime caused by third-party platforms.

6. Legal & Jurisdiction

All agreements shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhubaneswar,india
